Welcome to 2021 AZA Virtual Mid-Year Meeting exhibitor and sponsor booth sales!

AZA Conferences and Meetings provide unique opportunities to promote products and services, cultivate relationships, and stay informed and engaged with this knowledgeable community. Mid-Year Meeting virtual booth space, the invitation to attend, and program advertising are available to active AZA Commercial Members only.

MEMBERS
Company must be an AZA Commercial Member, Accredited Institution, Related Facility, or Conservation Partner in good standing with up to date paid dues to qualify. Please note that you must renew your AZA membership in order to participate in this event. To find out more about joining the AZA, visit the AZA website.

Rates:

Supporter Package: $500
Exhibitor Package: $800
Gold Sponsor Package: $2500
Platinum Sponsor Package: $4500

Ready to select an exhibitor package? Here is how it works:

Enter the information to be published in Exhibitor Listings.
Complete the Exhibitor Registration page by selecting the exhibitor package and additional advertising opportunities.
Enter payment information and click submit. (Booth fee must be paid in full by credit card at the time of space selection. Contact Show Management prior to space selection if alternate payment method is desired.)
Acknowledgment of your exhibitor package request and a separate, final confirmation of your assignment will be sent via email.

2020 MID-YEAR MEETING CREDITS: If you are using an exhibitor or sponsor credit from the 2020 Mid-Year Meeting, please make sure to apply the credit in the discount code section on "Review" page. If you have not received your credit from last year's conference, please email AZA Show Management before proceeding with the purchase. Credits can only be applied towards the 2021 Mid-Year Meeting.

SPONSOR PAYMENTS: If you are purchasing a sponsorship package, please email AZA Show Management to proceed with the transaction. All sponsorship payments must be made by check.

REFUND POLICY: All exhibitor and sponsor purchases are non-refundable.

PROGRAM DEADLINE: Exhibitors selecting and/or paying for virtual exhibit booth after March 15, 2021 may not be listed in the digital conference program guide.
