2017 AZA Mid-Year Meeting Registration

Registration Categories
Registration categories are determined by membership status at the time of the Conference. All AZA members must renew their 2017 membership dues prior to registering.  Need to renew your membership? Contact AZA Membership Services.
AZA Individual,  Commercial Members, or Conservation Partners An individual’s registration fee is determined by membership status at the time of the Conference. AZA members must be in good standing and dues paid through 2017. Employees at an AZA-accredited zoo or aquarium or related facility must be an individual member of AZA in order to receive the member rate.

Please note that individuals in the Friend membership category do not receive a discount on Conference registration and therefore will receive Non-member registration rates.
Non-Members Non-member registration is only open to individuals employed by a zoo, aquarium, non-profit organization, or government agency.  Non-member registration is not open to individuals employed by a non-member commercial entity (a company that provides products or services to zoos and aquariums, including consultants). Consultants or individuals representing a commercial entity that is not a current Commercial Member, Conservation Partner, Exhibitor, or Sponsor, are NOT eligible to attend the conference.
International Non-Member Colleagues Individuals who are NOT members of AZA, but represent a zoo, aquarium, or non-profit organization outside the U.S. and Canada may register at the AZA Individual Member rate.
Student Members Only open to AZA Student Members who are not currently employed full-time. A copy of valid student identification is required. A Non-Member Student discount is not available.

Non-Member Government Employees Full-time employees of government agencies (USDA, NOAA, USFWS, etc.) are eligible for a discount off published registration rates. Please contact AZA to receive a discount code to use when registering.  Discount does not apply to event tickets, tours, or carbon offsetting.

Carbon Offsetting Donation
The New Mexico State Forestry’s ReLeaf program funds tree planting projects in communities throughout the state, and promotes public education on the importance and care of community trees. Since 1990, more than 19,000 ReLeaf trees have been planted. The USDA Forest Service estimates that each tree in New Mexico provides nearly $3,100 in environmental and other benefits in its lifetime, including carbon emission off-sets, energy savings, real estate value increases, and community health improvements.
